Payments

Ankit Jain Cinema is not responsible for any additional charges, currency conversion fees, or bank charges that may apply to your transaction. In the event of a payment dispute, please contact us at support@ankitjaincinema.com. within 7 days of the transaction.

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to our Services; however, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the Services for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons, with or without prior notice.

Welcome to Ankit Jain Cinema. By accessing our website (ankitjaincinema.com) or registering for any workshop, events, or programs offered by us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to register.

  • Minors must have consent from a parent/legal guardian.

Workshop / Program Access

  • Upon successful registration, you will gain access to the selected workshop hosted on Zoom or any other platform used by the company.

  • Access is granted only to the registered participant and is non-transferable.

  • Sharing login details or allowing others to join using your access link is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property Rights

All workshop content including:

  • Videos, recordings, screenshots

  • PDFs, worksheets & downloaded files

  • Branding, graphics & scripts

…is the exclusive intellectual property of Ankit Jain Cinema.

Participants are not allowed to:

  • Record or distribute workshop content

  • Share internal links, bonus content, or course methods publicly

  • Copy or rebrand strategies as their own

Violation may result in immediate removal from the program and legal action.

User Conduct & Discipline

Participants must maintain professionalism during sessions.
We reserve the right to remove any participant without compensation if they:

  • Use abusive/derogatory language

  • Harass the instructor or other participants

  • Engage in defamation against the company, team, or mentors

  • Attempt to disrupt or manipulate the program

Schedule & Program Changes

  • Event dates, timings, and structure may change based on business needs.

  • Such changes do not create any grounds for dispute or claims.

Any updates will be communicated via email or WhatsApp.

Technology & Access Requirements

Participants are responsible for:

  • Stable internet connection

  • A working device to access Zoom or the event platform

We are not responsible for:

  • Technical issues on participant’s side causing missed sessions

Recordings (if offered) are at company discretion.

Marketing & Communication Consent

By registering, you agree to:

  • Receive transactional and promotional updates via Email / WhatsApp / SMS

  • Allow usage of your testimonials, messages & success results for marketing (with first name and photo if you approve)

Limitation of Liability

This workshop is an educational experience aimed at skill development.
We do not guarantee auditions, callbacks, roles, income, or career success.
Your results depend on effort and external factors beyond our control.

Maximum legal liability will always be limited to the exact fee paid for the workshop.
